Shipping policy
At Jay Kahma, all physical merchandise is produced on demand to ensure quality and reduce waste. Because each item is made specifically for your order, processing times may vary depending on the product type and order volume. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within two to five business days after purchase.
Once an order has been fulfilled, shipping times will depend on the destination and the selected shipping method. Domestic orders typically arrive within three to seven business days after shipment, while international orders may take longer depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs inspections.
Digital products, including music downloads, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. These products are available for download shortly after purchase confirmation and are not subject to shipping fees or delivery timelines.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s destination, size, and weight. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, or if it appears delayed or lost in transit, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can assist in investigating the issue with the shipping provider.
International customers may be responsible for additional duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
